Gold Coast Marina is owned by Paul & Rosie Dixon, who plan to make their vacation home in Harbor Watch. Dockmaster Ronn Bayette manages the facility and can help you with any requests.
When does construction begin?
Construction begins in August of 2007.
When will the condominiums be available?
Yacht Basin, with the first six units, will be available for occupancy Memorial Day Weekend, 2008.
Will there be slips for every condominium?
While slips have been reserved for all units, the larger slips are expected to sell early. View slip numbers and sizes on the Marina page.
How much will the condominiums cost?
Condominiums at Gold Coast are available starting from $640,000.
